Part-Time Hr Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Specialist to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer letters.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles, demonstrating expertise in administrative and operational functions.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience in platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and ADP Payroll.
    • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations management.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Solid understanding of benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple HR tasks effectively.
