Twin City Staffing is seeking a full-time HR / payroll specialist to support daily operations within a growing organization in Saint Paul, MN. In this on-site role, you will manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, support benefits administration, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and provide HR-related support to employees and leadership. Location: Saint Paul, MN Pay: $28 $32/hr, depending on experience Hours: Monday Friday | 8:00 am 5:00 pm | On-site Benefits: Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and holidays Flexible work options Wellness programs Career development opportunities Duties: Manage payroll records, processing, verification, and accuracy Administer and support employee benefits Maintain HR documentation and personnel files Manage and update employee data and system records Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Provide support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related questions Assist with recruiting and candidate communication Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Two-year technical degree required Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience with payroll systems and HR processes Additional Information: Apply today!
