HR Coordinator Position

We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our client in the south, Minnesota metro. This contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective management of total rewards, including benefits, compensation, leave programs, and retirement plans. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate data management, timely processing of transactions, and delivering exceptional service to employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries by monitoring total rewards inboxes and help cases, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
  • Maintain and audit total rewards data in HR systems and vendor platforms, generating reports and reconciling discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to compensation and benefits market surveys to support strategic planning.
  • Update procedures, internal workflows, and communication materials to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate and execute total rewards initiatives, including open enrollment, wellness programs, and leave of absence communications.
  • Support compliance activities, including preparation for filings, plan audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate on compensation program administration, data maintenance, and reporting, addressing discrepancies effectively.
  • Provide direct support to the leave of absence analyst.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits management.
  • Proficiency in modern HR systems.
  • Strong skills in managing leave of absence programs and benefits analysis is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook for efficient data handling and communication.
  • Ability to manage inboxes and documentation processes with a high level of organization.
  • Experience with process documentation and streamlining workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills.
