CVM HR Partner (Consultant)

Position Overview: The CVM HR Partner (Consultant) position consults on an array of HR issues including employee/labor relations, workforce planning, training and development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and policy interpretation. The consultant builds strong relationships with management and employees across the college to partner on solutions to complex problems. The role requires a strong understanding of HR fundamentals, strategic thinking, flexibility in style and approach to problem solving, demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion & equity, and experience successfully implementing, executing, and delivering on innovative HR solutions. This position reports to the CVM HR Director and plays a key role in aligning HR functions with the strategic goals of CVM, ensuring the effective management of its workforce and fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.

About the Department: Established in 1947, the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine is Minnesota's only veterinary college. Fully accredited, the college has graduated nearly 4,000 veterinarians and hundreds of scientists. Pay and Benefits: Pay Range: $95,000 to $120,000; depending on experience.
