Presbyterian Homes & Services - Flagstone in Eden Prairie is seeking an On-call Housekeeper/Housekeeping Services Assistant for its team. This role reports directly to the House Keeping Services Manager. Flagstone Senior Living Community is located in the heart of Eden Prairie, offering a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care. Address: 8350 Commonwealth Dr, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds, ensuring an attractive and comfortable home environment, and performing duties such as general cleaning, floor care, washing, sanitizing, polishing furniture, waste removal, stocking supplies, cleaning windows, collecting laundry, sorting, labeling, washing, drying, and distributing linens, and ironing articles as required. Ensure that housekeeping and laundry supplies are replenished and that equipment, tools, and supplies are cleaned and properly stored at the end of each shift.

Qualifications include flexibility, personal integrity, the ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, and the general public, and the ability to take direction, prioritize duties, and organize work with others. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies is required, along with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $16.32 - $20.09 per hour. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week, including health and dental, employer contribution to HSA for eligible health plans, life insurance, retirement with eligibility for an employer match, holiday pay, and extended sick.
