Medical Assembler

Join our team as a Medical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in producing and inspecting various catheter devices. You will follow work instructions to assemble medical devices in a clean room environment, utilizing small instruments to solder and assemble catheters for the heart. You will work with microscopes for precision in assembling medical devices and document information accurately for each product, ensuring that every step is completed correctly the first time.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and inspect catheter devices using specialized equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions in a clean room environment.
• Utilize small instruments for soldering and assembling catheters.
• Work with microscopes for precision in assembling medical devices.
• Document information accurately for each product.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in wire assembly, microscope use, and cleanroom procedures.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and follow medical device assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in soldering and catheter assembly.
• High attention to detail in medical and mechanical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a medical device clean room manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of catheter-specific or manual soldering experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret written procedures.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with microscopes and handling small parts.
• Proficient in basic math and mathematical problem-solving.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
