This is a 4 month contract assignment for open enrollment season. No guarantee of going direct with the client. Job Description: Answering 30-40 calls/day from their MHCP (Minnesota Health Care Programs) product. This is a set of public healthcare programs administered by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and provide coverage to families with children, adults, people with disabilities, and seniors. The client contracts with DHS to deliver MHCP services through their care plans. These plans cover medical, dental, pharmacy, and additional support services. Comfortable handling phone calls and documenting information while doing so. Onsite and located in Bloomington, MN. Pay: $25/hr.
Skills: Call center, Customer service. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Call center - Needing a minimum of 2-3 years experience. Member Service experience within the healthcare field. Benefits or Enrollment experience is a plus but not required. If they have experience within government programs or healthcare, that would be a plus.
