In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission - administering health insurance benefits and providing exceptional support to our members and healthcare providers. Our representatives handle a high volume of inbound calls (50–60 daily), assisting with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals with a strong background in call center environments who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about helping others. A background in healthcare is a definite plus, as it helps you hit the ground running and better understand the needs of our members and providers.
Start: 11/03 Pay: $21.00/Hr Training: Three weeks in length, Monday - Friday from 9:00am-3:30pm Schedule: Will be assigned 8-hour shift Monday - Friday between 7:00am - 7:00pm. Location: Bloomington, MN Duration: Contract position, currently set through 1/31/2026. Potential for permanent opportunity based on performance

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
