Head Of Cyber Advisory Services
SpearTip is the cyber business of Zurich Resilience Solutions. The business provides Advisory, Managed Security, and Incident Response services to companies of any size. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Cyber Advisory to lead our cyber advisory unit. This role is ideal for a consultative professional, with deep cybersecurity expertise and experience in growing a business. You will be responsible for shaping our advisory offerings, leading a high-performing team, and expanding our footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve the Cyber Advisory practice, aligning services with market demand and emerging threats
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow revenue and our client base
- Evolve the service portfolio, adapting the service, pricing, and delivery to the needs of SpearTip's target customers
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, acting as a senior advisor on cybersecurity matters, capture and elaborate customer feedback
- Oversee delivery of high-quality advisory engagements, ensuring technical excellence and business relevance
- Manage team and performance by metrics
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to position offerings and support go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing on the development of thought leadership and publications
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop synergies with leaders of other profit center to create a cohesive and unique value proposition for SpearTip's clients
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Risk Engineering area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Risk Engineering area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting or advisory, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of cyber risk, governance, compliance, and emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client engagements
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant work experience
