Guest Services Specialist (bilingual In Spanish Or Hmong)

Guest Services Representative

Pay rate: $20/hr, Monday-Friday

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for qualified Guest Services Representatives to be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties to help improve efficiencies at an organization. The Guest Services Representative will be the initial contact person for patients when they enter the medical office. Seeking candidates who are bilingual in Hmong or Spanish and adept at customer service and working with diverse populations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related Administrative Assistant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and Administrative Assistant experience preferred
