What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack products using pick sheets
• Track inventory using RF scanners
• Build pallets, break down boxes, and prep shipments
• Operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts (stand-up & sit-down), and tuggers
• Load and unload trucks manually or with equipment
• Support shipping/receiving using ERP systems like Epicor

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 1 year of forklift experience
• A flexible, team-first attitude
• Previous warehouse experience and willingness to cross-train with production
• Basic computer skills and a strong work ethic

This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
