Field Service Technician

6-month contract to perm basis. Location: Maple Grove

The Field Service Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, technical support, and repair of machinery. This role builds the foundation necessary to support our customers with professionalism, technical expertise, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Work Environment:

Work is primarily performed at customer sites, typically within industrial or production environments. Conditions may include variable lighting and temperature, dust, humidity, or odors, loud or distracting noise, and exposure to hazardous machinery. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and ear protection may be required.

Percentage Of Travel Required:

80% 100% domestic travel required. Overtime and extended work hours into evenings or weekends may be required as needed.
