You'll supervise, train, and support the team of Family Advocates. You'll consult with parents to promote family engagement and positive parenting skills. You will support staff as they coach parents in promoting school readiness skills for children. You'll supervise staff and volunteers, and provide staff with feedback and support. You'll track and manage reports, records, and documentation. You will ensure compliance with Head Start standards in family and community partnerships.
You'll need, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree, preferably in human services, social work, or related field.
Two years' prior supervisory experience is preferred.
