Working as Full-time Environmental, Social, And Governance Support, you will work closely with business leaders to help craft policies and programs to help formalize Fastenal's internal approach to Environmental, Social, And Governance (ESG) matters. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define reporting metrics, create reporting controls, and monitor other critical KPIs. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. This package includes Health, Life, Long Term Disability, and Dental Insurance, in addition to, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) with an employer contribution.
