The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
Associate's degree in Drafting, Civil Technology, or related field
2 years of prior relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
Willing and able to travel to job sites
Previous experience developing structural plans and detail drawings
Previous inspection or field work experience
MSHA or MNDOT certifications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative group
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to be concise and communicate effectively
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external disciplines
This position's anticipated base salary range is $51,300-$62,000 annually (This position is eligible for yearend and profit-sharing bonuses, as well as overtime pay for all hours that exceed 40 in a work week). Offer will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
