Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with strong expertise in hydraulics to lead technical support and product development initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex application challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical support department to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with sales to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Design and develop innovative hydraulic solutions and products.
• Provide technical support across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Conduct product training for internal teams, distributors, and customers.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and customer meetings.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and with external partners.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 2+ years in applications/design engineering.
• Certified with the International Fluid Power Society (preferred).
• Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (domestic/international).
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 60 lbs) for demos and trade shows.

Work Environment:

Office-based with occasional travel to customer sites and trade shows. Exposure to varied environments including warehouses and outdoor conditions.
