This position is eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota or in a bordering state, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance. If you live in a state bordering Minnesota, you must live within 50 miles or less from the primary work location to be eligible for telework. Approximately, 25% travel.
This position exists to manage statewide licensing of Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit services for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions that are licensed by the Department of Human Services (DHS). This includes managing staff who conduct inspections and investigations related to licensing, evaluating and approving licensing actions, developing policies, processes, and tools to most efficiently complete the work, and interacting with multiple stakeholders to promote understanding of the licensing processes and compliance with the regulations.
