About The Role

Sinch is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our SMB and Mid-Market sales organization in the Americas. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across our full suite of communication products, including voice, messaging, and email. You will lead a high-performing organization of sales managers, sales specialists, and account managers. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, strategic leader with a proven track record of developing people, collaborating across functions, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a high-growth technology environment. You will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy, mentoring future leaders, and driving the execution needed to achieve our ambitious gross profit goals.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and execute SMB and Mid-Market sales strategies with product and marketing. Manage quotas, territories, and compensation to drive performance. Lead strategic growth initiatives and sales playbooks for cross-selling. Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Team Management & Development: Provide coaching via call reviews to improve skills and execution. Hire, train, and onboard reps for rapid productivity. Mentor sales leaders and reps to build internal talent. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and share updates.

Execution & Driving Results: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and lead pipeline reviews to identify risks and opportunities. Drive SMB and Mid-Market teams to exceed Gross Profit targets. Enable sellers to close strategic, multi-product deals across the Sinch portfolio.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in tech/software sales with a strong record of exceeding targets. 5+ years in sales leadership, including managing other sales leaders. Proven success leading SMB and Mid-Market teams. Strong CPaaS knowledge and experience with voice, messaging, or email APIs preferred.

Skills & Competencies: Skilled in modern sales methodologies and tools, including Salesforce and Gong. Strong in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis. Proven leadership and coaching abilities; committed to developing high-performing teams. Strategic thinker able to turn company goals into clear, actionable sales plans. Effective cross-functional partner across product, marketing, and operations. Data-driven approach to identifying trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges $182,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan and are based on performance.
