Director of Sales

Join our team as Director of Sales! We are on the lookout for a Director of Sales who is highly motivated and goal-driven to lead our sales efforts and drive occupancy growth. This critical role focuses on executing sales strategies, nurturing leads, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents. Director of Sales Job Details:

Hours: 8:30a-5:00pm

Pay: $65,000-$70,000 with bonus plan

Location: 5300 Woodhill Rd, Minnetonka, MN 55345

Director of Sales Responsibilities:

  • Drive occupancy growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources.
  • Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales.

  • Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and accurately.
