A strong desire and capability to learn, grow, and develop new skills. Oversee Tenant Improvement works associated with white space fit out of new data center spaces. Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center activities. Understand the design and functionality of your datacenter. Work with design, construction, and commissioning teams to properly integrate the new mechanical systems to existing data centers. Support and validate on-site datacenters operations in relation to the mechanical infrastructure. Be a mechanical SME to support on-site operations related to mission critical mechanical system, operations, and functionality. Develop digitized mechanical distribution templates to support rack placement. Empower operational optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Reviewing new sites and proposed fit out designs. Ensuring mechanical plans are accurate, fail-over design are compliant. Developing digitized mechanical models. Supporting supplier whitespace fit out. Ensuring documentation is captured, stored, referenced, and shared with field engineering and operation teams. Supporting engineering investigations into large scale events. Supporting field engineering teams.
