Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for clients and team members through heavy call volume, email correspondence, and in-person consultations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Support project managers by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and assisting with documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and cross-functional support.

Requirements What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle various types of client needs.
• Proven communication skills in phone, email, and face-to-face settings.
• Experience in administrative, customer support, or project coordination roles is preferred.
