Customer Care Team Position

Join a global manufacturer on their Customer Care Team here in the Metro! Need experience using SAP/ERP systems to be qualified.

Job Description:

• Provides customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handles customer complaints and provides resolution, brings manager's attention when necessary to ensure that proper and satisfactory service is delivered.
• Answering roughly 30-40 inbound phone calls per day in a professional and helpful manner.
• Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquiries, questions, or other follow-ups.
• Respond to emails from customers.
• Confirms account number, part number & descriptions.
• Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates.
• Confirms pricing & availability.
• Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor.
• Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders.
• Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure.
• Account manager mindset. Providing great customer service from start to finish and taking an ownership mentality with whatever problem comes to them.

Main Position Details:

• Start: 12/08
• Pay: $23.00/Hr - $25.00/Hr
• Training: 2-4 weeks in length.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN. Onsite every day. Can be flexible with weather.
• Dress code: Business Casual
• Duration: 6 month contract. Open position to fill for employee on leave. Role is slated for 6 months to 1 year contract. Possible to go permanent if there is a FTE opening, and based on performance & attendance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of SAP experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce is preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
