Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for a customer service rep to join the team! This role is fully onsite in Golden Valley. The ideal candidate has worked in customer service for 2 years in any environment and is looking to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers
• Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles
• Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post-appointment
• Update customer information in internal system
• Provide high-level customer service

• Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
