Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Blaine, Minnesota. This role involves data entry of patient and product information.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process patient orders from facility partners, including capturing patient data, product information, and shipping addresses.
• Enter confidential details into our system to create accurate and secure patient records.
• Forward completed orders to the billing team.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for order tracking and reporting.
• Monitor the system for order shipping status and send timely updates (10–50 texts daily) to patients, leveraging Elevate for text communication.
• Ensure orders are processed and updated in the system within same or next day.
• Collaborate closely with other internal teams to guarantee accuracy and seamless workflow.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience updating spreadsheets and tracking data within Excel.
• Familiarity with Bright Tree and NetSuite software (preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in order processing, data entry, or customer service is strongly preferred.
