Pay & Schedule Details:
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: degree in a related field). 2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software. Strong communication skills and ability to manage client interactions effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Must be able to report to the Baxter office on Mondays.
Be responsible for responding to internal and external client inquiries, both by phone and written communication. You will ensure timely responses within 24-48 hours and maintain a high level of customer service.
