Mitigation Technician

Location: Plymouth, MN

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00/hr

Other Compensation:

Overtime available

Cell phone allowance: $15 per paycheck

Daily Routine:

Report to office

Ride in company vehicle to job site (not driving)

Perform tear-outs, water extraction, demolition, and cleanup

Use moisture detection tools

Document work

Participate in on-call rotation (1 night/week, 1 weekend/month)

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

6+ years construction experience

6+ years customer service or similar experience

Open to overtime

Coachable, positive attitude

Willing to be on-call

Nice-to-Have:

Tech-savvy

Clean driving record

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
