We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Training Developer Intern to join our Commercial Sales Education & Training team for an approximately 3-month internship supporting sales in the golf, sports fields, and grounds market.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, as well as learning more about what it takes to be an instructional designer.
You'll work closely with the Commercial Training and Education team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and refine at least one complete training course that empowers our sales teams to succeed. You'll complete this internship with a fully developed training content to showcase in your portfolio, along with valuable, hands-on experience in instructional design and course development within a commercial sales context.
