We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain and ensure the optimal performance of all equipment throughout the facility. This role is crucial for minimizing machine downtime and supporting smooth production operations.
Responsibilities include: performing routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machines, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implementing timely repairs, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, collaborating with production and engineering teams to minimize machine downtime, installing, calibrating, and testing new CNC equipment and upgrades, monitoring machine performance and recommending improvements or replacements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies, and maintaining inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills include proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and pneumatics, experience in preventive maintenance and machine repair, ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics, knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting, specifically with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, and strong understanding of hydraulics and machine repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications include experience with CNC maintenance, 3-phase motor wiring, and machine installation and commissioning, ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, and strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
