Pay: $19.50/hour
Type: Part-time, non-benefit eligible
Schedule: Coordinated with class times (October-December)
Tuition: Paid directly to Saint Paul College
Training: On-the-job, alongside classes
Upon graduation: Advance to Clinical Support Associate ($20.79/hr, benefit-eligible)
Summary & Responsibilities:
Work and learn in our hospital during your Nursing Assistant program. Support patient care under supervision. Apply classroom knowledge directly to your role. Receive mentorship and regular feedback.
Compensation & Benefits:
$19.50/hour, tuition fully covered during training
Advance to $20.79/hr and full benefits after graduation
Requirements:
Enrollment in the Saint Paul College Nursing Assistant program (October-December). Children's will get you signed up after you are selected.
