This job posting will be used to fill multiple Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Land Management student worker positions for the summer of 2026. Positions will assist and provide support to engineering offices throughout the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) by performing pre-engineering work as assigned and directed by the hiring supervisor. Students will gain hands-on transportation work experience. Examples of assignments may include construction, surveying, design, project management, bridge maintenance, materials, environmental stewardship, water resources, hydraulics, and traffic.
