Business Relationship Support Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative within the International & Emerging Products Service Team in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. Acts as the customers' main point of contact for operational and product questions. Duties may include proactively handling client account and/or product issues, confirming source of funds, and partnering with internal teams to resolve office management on ad-hoc client inquiries. Helps with customer onboarding, due diligence, proactive outreach, and other associated risk management matters to ensure regulatory and company requirements are met.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for a portfolio of customers
  • Work with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accounts
  • Oversee overall customer experience
  • Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
  • Help with customer associated risk management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualification:

  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Treasury Management product knowledge and experience
  • Previous call center experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong customer and partner relationships
  • Knowledge in International Wires and Canadian Services
  • Ability to assist with emerging products
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Job Expectations:

  • The scheduled hours for this position are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.

Salary range: $24.04 - $31.25
