The Account Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the Account Management Leadership team in the day-to-day report reconciliation for assigned accounts. The individual will be required to review and compare data sets in different formats, assuring the highest quality output before report delivery. Strong rapport with internal departments to be developed to aid in communication. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned accounts, internally, for weekly/monthly report review
  • In-depth knowledge of required applications, data configuration and management, operational processes, troubleshooting and problem-solving tactics and tools
  • Assist Account Manager with new account reporting needs including coordination across all operational, data and IT teams
  • Establish strong client relationships as needed
  • Responsible for client reporting, issue resolution and escalations
  • Collaborate with Account Manager on strategies and tactics associated with growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance departments on improving client best practices and process improvements that will enhance efficiency and revenue
  • Backup coverage for colleagues as necessary
  • Proactively seek solutions to address unique client requirements
  • Inform Account Manager or Director when issues arise that jeopardize achieving SLA's
  • Work with Account Managers to oversee, distribute and/or present client reports and success stories monthly
  • Identify and address any internal or external trends in volume, tagging behavior or performance, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience with data interpretation and reconciliation of reports
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • 1+ years of experience supporting & working with internal partners/different groups in support of a customer
  • 1+ years of administrative experience working with patient Charts (pulling data, etc.)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Advanced level of proficiency with computer skills, including Word, Excel (SQL basics) and PowerPoint

The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
