Senior Business Execution Manager
Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Execution Manager to drive the next generation of Client Reporting and Tax Product Group within Wealth Management Operations. This role will lead the development, evolution, and strategy of our client reporting suite of products, including vendor partnerships, technology strategy, and client experience. You will lead a team of Product Owners and Product Area Managers within the WIM Operations Product to prioritize, build, and execute on a robust change roadmap supporting the evolution of the reporting experience for WIM clients. You and your team will collaborate across the business, technology, operations, and enterprise partners to support business growth, operational efficiencies, and supporting industry driven change.
In this role you will:
- Manage a team of product area managers, product owners, and strategic discovery leads to drive investment planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence client reporting and tax initiatives, plans, requirements, and strategic goals for the complex WIM business needs and the Operations' process experience.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Partner closely with technology, operations, and enterprise to ensure we are meeting the client and operational needs with robust delivery, tech execution, and release management
- Manage engagement with external third parties and key industry players as it relates to the client reporting vision
- Build a position on client reporting and tax strategy based on industry activity, vendor presence, and the expansion of intelligence automation and introduction of AI
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of management of strategic programs and technology delivery
- Experience in retail operations, investment operations, or related business areas
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing product KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, business objectives, and operational impacts.
- Experience with managing people in a large global organization, with familiarity with budget management, performance systems, and standard org health activities
- Experience with MS Office and SharePoint
- Experience with JIRA and Octane
- Familiar with AI capabilities – from a productivity lense and driving automation
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work at the posted location
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office.
Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 - $239,000.00
