Description Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Director Health Services, RN to join our growing team. In this position, you will be helping guide a robust clinical team (nurses and aides) and be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and is responsible for daily clinical operations. Schedule: Monday- Friday, Weekend Manager on Duty Rotation Required. Wage: $85,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience. Are you compassionate towards others? RN Director of Health Services Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse. A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care is preferred. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
