RN Job Details: Hours - Part-time, 24 hours per week Pay - $42 - $45 / hour Location - Caretta Senior Living 1910 County Rd C E, Maplewood, MN 55109 Benefits: Paid vacation time Paid Sick Time Paid Floating Holidays DailyPay RN (Registered Nurse) Responsibilities: RN assures residents maintain admission criteria, reassess, and recommend alternative placement if necessary. Monitors and maintains resident charts and clinical progress notes. Communicates to physicians and other personnel (county caseworkers) changes in resident's needs or conditions. Assures that medication administration procedures are followed properly and discusses any needed corrections, errors, etc., with staff. Provides health training to all new employees, continued education for all staff, and documents such training to assure compliance with state, federal and local regulations. Assists in the development of policies and procedures and implementation of them. Promotes a positive, team approach and a healthy work environment. RN (Registered Nurse) Qualifications: Maintains a current state license as a RN (Registered Nurse) per state regulations. At least one year's experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care is preferred. Join Us Today!
