The Order Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team that ensures an exceptional order-to-invoice experience for all assigned TTC brand accounts. This role provides oversight for customer relations, order management, and shipment consolidation for both domestic and international customers. The supervisor ensures service excellence, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring team members to meet and exceed performance standards.
This role will be based at the Bloomington, MN Toro's International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this time. This role will require 5-days on site during training. The current team works 3-days on campus, with optional 2-days remote. Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices. May require occasional travel to other company sites, distribution centers, or supplier locations.
Key Responsibilities:
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP processing system, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Understanding of international and domestic order fulfillment processes.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree: in Business, Supply Chain or a related field will be preferred.
