Position Summary: The Sr. Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic and operational HR leader for multiple manufacturing sites, providing direction and partnership to plant leadership teams on all aspects of people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness for our Interventional business unit. This role ensures consistent HR practices across locations, builds leadership capability, and drives a culture of engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Must Have: BA/BS in Human Resource or related field. Masters/MBA preferred. Bilingual in English & Spanish Minimum 7 years of prior human resources management experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven success managing HR for multiple sites. A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience; ability to listen and understand. Capability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Travel Requirements Up to 50% travel to business unit sites Salary Range:$110,000 to 135,000
