Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining cloud applications. You will also maintain existing system environments through proactive patching, system health and performance monitoring, and problem resolution. Your expertise in Azure Pipelines and infrastructure configuration management activities, such as build and release administration and new environment configuration, will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud applications.
• Maintain existing system environments through proactive patching, system health/performance monitoring, and problem resolution.
• Work on Azure Pipelines and infrastructure configuration management activities, including build, release administration, and new environment configuration.
• Maintain and deploy critical infrastructure components through Infrastructure as Code tooling across multiple environments.
• Troubleshoot and monitor Azure cloud-based systems implementations for availability, performance, reliability, and security using tools like Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining cloud applications.
• Ability to maintain existing system environments through proactive patching and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Azure Pipelines and infrastructure configuration management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and monitor cloud-based systems for performance and security.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tooling.
• Experience with system health and performance monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work primarily with Azure technologies, focusing on cloud-based systems. The role may require adjusting to different project needs and staying updated with the latest technological advancements in cloud computing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
