Required Skills: Must have 5+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer in enterprise environments Must have strong ServiceNow Architecture experience Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and HAM Must have experience in leading and mentoring others Must have strong experience with code reviews Must have strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and processes Must have experience working with the business and technical acumen to understand how technical decision impact the business Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules Strong preference for certifications but experience more important: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, EA), or ServiceNow Certified Advanced System Administrator (optional but preferred) ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred) Must have proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
