  • Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) separation activities, including assessing current-state processes, defining the future-state operating model, and executing the transition of purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, and payment processes to ensure business continuity and compliance throughout the separation.
  • Support coordination, execution, and ongoing management of Transition Services Agreement (TSA) activities across relevant functions, including governing service delivery, managing changes, and planning and executing TSA exits.
  • Manage planning and execution for delayed market exits, including coordinating cross-functional readiness, regulatory and operational requirements, and interim operating models to ensure continuity of business operations until separation is achieved.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans spanning multiple workstreams, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Legal, and Commercial Operations.
  • Direct day-to-day activities across matrixed teams by managing scope, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including decision forums, escalation paths, and status reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and actively manage program risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and drive timely resolution.
  • Partner closely with functional and business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, operational requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Establish meaningful metrics and dashboards to track program progress, readiness, and performance across workstreams.
  • Support readiness for key milestones (e.g., separation readiness, TSA execution, stabilization), while maintaining business continuity.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates for senior leadership and program stakeholders.
