About the role and what you'll be doing: This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team working on some of the hottest Public Cloud (GCP/AWS/AZURE) technologies. This team is primarily focused on the deployment, automation and support of mission-critical client solutions in Public Cloud.
You will be working on a variety of projects and environments for household names using the latest technology including Public Cloud, Terraform, Ansible, Powershell, Datadog, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, Containers etc. Learning, collaborating, training and certification are strongly encouraged, and opportunities to do so will be provided.
The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate a genuine desire and passion for Public Cloud, client service and automation.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in supporting highly customer-focused mission critical environments (e.g. high profile websites or enterprise infrastructure) essential.
3+ years' experience engineering, architecting, or supporting Public Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), with GCP experience strongly preferred.
Excellent O/S knowledge and experience in Linux or Windows with basic knowledge of the other. MCSE/RHCE or equivalent level of knowledge preferred.
Strong automation and scripting capability (must-have) using one or more of Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Perl, with a DevOps-first mindset.
Experience building and maintaining scalable, highly available, and auto-scaled environments using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Experience working with or supporting containerized environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/ECS, or equivalent platforms.
Strong client-facing skills with outstanding written and verbal communication, able to explain complex technical concepts simply to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Holds current Public Cloud Associate and Professional-level certifications.
Holds at least one Public Cloud Specialty certification (e.g., Security, Networking).
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, including week-long engagements when required.
A degree in a computing-related discipline preferred or equivalent experience and demonstrated capability.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $112,000 to $163,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
