Nutanix is looking for a Sr. Account Manager, OEM & Alliances Sales – Americas (AMS) to join our strong and growing team. This is a high-profile client facing role will be tasked with the responsibility of partnering with the Americas theater sales teams focusing on growth leveraging our partnerships with OEMs and ISVs.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue with OEM & Alliances sales teams in AMS and to execute the go-to-market strategy and enablement plan. The role holds huge opportunity to shape and accelerate Nutanix's growth in the coming years. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit that can build internal consensus and partner trust and is focused on execution.
Ideal candidate will be a collaborative, driven sales professional with an established track record of developing strategic partnerships and generating significant scale by bringing field sales teams and partners together for mutual success. Candidate should have a working knowledge of the enterprise software and datacenter with Hyperconverged and Cloud solutions. Candidates will be expected to leverage existing business relationships where needed across Nutanix partner ecosystem to drive growth while looking for new opportunities to position Nutanix for success.

You will report to the Senior Director of Alliances Sales, who is committed to providing guidance and mentorship to help you excel in your role. The work setup is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining strong communication and teamwork within the group. There are no mandatory office days, so you can choose the environment that helps you be most productive. However, please note that this role may require travel up to 50% of the time, as building and maintaining partner relationships are key to our success in the market.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 260,800 and USD $ 391,200 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
