The role requires in-depth knowledge of unit-specific functions, workflows, and supporting systems. Responsibilities include transaction processing, reconciliation, issue resolution, and coordination across multiple departments. The position operates with minimal supervision and supports day-to-day processing, risk management, compliance, and system or account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
