Salesforce Operations Manager

Granicus is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own the direction, delivery, and governance of Salesforce Sales Cloud for our revenue-generating teams. This role serves as the business owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring the platform is effectively designed, adopted, and governed to support sales execution, forecasting, and operational clarity. This role is responsible for Salesforce training and enablement, business analysis and delivery of system changes, management of revenue tech stack integrations, and process documentation and improvement to ensure consistent usage and data integrity across the revenue organization. The ideal candidate brings strong Revenue Operations experience, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to own and execute cross-functional projects end to end.

Pay Range: USD $98,000.00 - USD $112,000.00 /Yr.
