The role of BMW vehicle sales representative involves cultivating long-term relationships with premium clientele, guiding customers through a tailored, consultative purchasing process, maintaining expert knowledge of BMW models, technology, and market trends, and delivering a seamless luxury experience from initial contact to final delivery.

Compensation & incentives include estimated annual earnings of $70,000–$130,000, a performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission(s) off individual payable gross bonuses based on individual units sold, manufacturer approvability. Your performance sets the pace for your income. High achievers are rewarded accordingly.
