Are you looking to conduct mechanical and electrical testing and inspection/verification to defined specifications for new and existing products, raw material, warranty returns, and calibration? Provide test reports with recommendations for improvement. Participate in simple test fixture construction for material, product, or process analysis. Perform audits on piece parts, sub-assemblies, or completed products. Participate in activities within AS9100, ISO, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, identification of corrective actions, and verify solutions.
Are you ready to maintain data collection, entry, or reporting to assure product conformance, process capability, or equipment calibration? Set-up and operate a variety of mechanical or electronic measuring equipment, provide support for special processes.
What you'll need: Minimum of three years relevant quality experience. Must have knowledge of inspection techniques and blueprint reading. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be J Standard certified or acquire certification. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
