Ability to multi-task easily while prioritizing and flexible to change. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Extremely detail oriented. Ability to deal with tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope. Ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings in an effective manner. Loan origination systems, mortgage understanding. Scanning systems. Statements/imaging. Routing files via middleware such as Sterling GIS. Strong skills in defect tracking, prioritization and resolution. Background in consumer lending/mortgage servicing industry, with familiarity in servicing operations, payment applications. Experience using JIRA for testing execution and defect tracking. Experience with MSP/Back in the Black preferred.
