Production Workers in Delano, MN | $19.00-21.00/Hour Our Production Worker's work week is Monday to Friday with hours starting at 6:00 am until 2:30 pm. This job is a General Labor type position that is a Temp-to-hire opportunity. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Looking for people with remodeling, tape measure, hand tool and construction experience. People that are mechanically inclined can be trained for this position. 2. Use hand and power tools to assemble louvers. 3. Ability to determine an efficient sequence and method to fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal products. 4.
