About the role:

Develops capable processes and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at five days per week. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. VISA: Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing process capabilities, prioritizing process improvement opportunities, and innovating and implementing process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
  • Applying technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation.
  • Executing the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
  • Preparing and presenting technical data and recommendations at technical reviews.
  • Writing validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes.
  • Ensuring proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements.
  • Overseeing development builds associated with the project using special work requests.
  • Developing qualified production lines.
  • Providing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package.
  • Contributing ideas to or generating Intellectual Property submissions.
  • Training and/or providing work direction to technicians and may train manufacturing personnel when required as part of a validation.
  • May serve as core team member or extended team member on new product projects.

Required qualifications:

3 years of experience with a university degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
