Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To successfully perform this role, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Education & Experience: Minnesota State Plumbing license is required. Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing codes and the ability to perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation using proper techniques is required. Working knowledge of low-pressure steam systems is required. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference materials; perform necessary mathematical calculations; and accurately diagnose and resolve issues. Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to learn and utilize a service software platform. Must be willing and able to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call assignments as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally, ethically, and in alignment with our values and mission. RPZ license is preferred.
This role will support the Grand Rapids, MN territory and surrounding areas. Must join Local 589 union. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and remain in good standing in accordance with company driving policy.
